Alyaksandr Lukashenka paid a working visit to Moscow. He will stay in the Russian capital on May 7 and 8, BELTA reports.
The Belarusian President will take part in an informal meeting the of CIS leaders and in a Eurasian Economic Union meeting tomorrow. He will also put a wreath on the tomb of the Unknown Soldier near the Kremlin walls.
Lukashenka is planning to be in Minsk on May 9 in order to review the troops on Victory Day.
The Belarusian leader arrived in Moscow wearing a ‘hybrid’ ribbon combining the colours of the Belarusian and Russian Victory Day celebration. Half of it was red-green and the other part was the Ribbon of Saint George.
