Lidziya Yarmoshyna, head of the central election commission, doubts that there are any opposition parties' candidates elected to the House of Representatives.
"We have not had time to consider an information of each person. There are only surnames of elected candidates, but it is doubtful that anyone was elected. There is nobody in regions who reported us,"Ms. Yarmoshyna told reporters on Monday in Minsk, answering the question of Interfax Zapad news agency whether there were any opposition parties' representatives been elected to Belarus' parliament.
