Russia's Foreign Minister Siarhej Laurou has said this today in an interview to the TV-Channel Russia Today.
"There are certain standards, there are obligations that we signed", — Laurou has reminded. He has called the arrests of the presidential candidates, and two Rssian citizens, who are still imprisoned, "unacceptable".
