On the 31st of August the session of the Council of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus with the presidency of Vladimir Andreychenko took place, where the project of agenda of the 5th extraordinary session was agreed. The session will take place on the 7th of September.

As to press service of the lower chamber of the parliament the project of the agenda includes four questions: on the budget project for 2011, on the budget of state off-budget Fund of Social protection of Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus for 2011, as well as amendments to the taxation law, which complement all above mentioned documents.

As we could see the most important question, which as to experts supposed to be the reason for extraordinary session, is not in the agenda. Of course it is about setting the date of the president elections.

Ex-deputy of the House of Representatives Sergey Skrebec reported to the news portal www.UDF.BY that the absence of this question "does mean nothing": "Every deputy could stand up during the session and make proposal to include in the agenda certain questions".

The politician also said his opinion about final date:

"I think Lukashenko hasn't come to the decision yet: to declare the elections or do not. Obviously it is not depending from the Parliament decision - when they willget the date, then they will set it forth. Everything will depend on from which side the president will of the bed on the 7th of September".
