Elon Musk did not gift Tesla to Lukashenko

"Uh no," Musk replied to the question on Twitter if he gifted a car to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
Lukashenka claimed when meeting with high-school students in Minsk on 2 September: "I have an electric car, a Tesla that I test sometimes. Musk gifted it. He saw me on a motorbike [and said] look, he is riding a two-wheels. This conversation with the students was televised on the Minsk City TV channel STV.
