Visiting Malaryta district, the Belarusian president got a cow as a gift from the dairy farm Savushkina.
According to its employees, the cow is ‘fresh, exterior, good even for exhibitions’.
“We picked it out of 2,500 of our cows. It is a high-productive Holstein, one of the most popular breed of dairy cattle in the world! This cow was born about three years ago and this spring it dropped a calf,” Robert Bobin, a livestock expert at Savushkina, said.
What distinguishes ‘the gift’ from other cows is good milk yield. It gives about 36 liters of milk a day.
