Russia’s food safety watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor has decided to tighten the inspection procedures for the products of 10 Belarusian exporters, explaining that banned and harmful substances have been found in them.
In particular, doxycycline has been detected in cheeses produced by AAT Savushkin Pradukt and aurococcus in AAT Malochnyya Pradukty's pasteurized milk, Rosselkhoznadzor says in a statement.
The watchdog's decision also applies to Barysaw Dairy Plant, STAA Vitkinpradukt, AAT Malako, SP TAA EuroTradeBrest, a subsidiary of Lepel Dairy Cannery in Talochyn, Stowbtsy Meat-Packing Plant, Maladzyechna Dairy Plant and Slutsk Cheese Plant's products made in Staryya Darohi.
