Belarus, Equatorial Guinea to develop political dialogue, trade
Belarus and Equatorial Guinea have agreed to develop political dialogue and trade, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Aleinik said at the talks with Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Diaspora Simeon Oyono Esono Angue, BelTA has learned.

"Our countries established diplomatic relations in 1992, and over the past 30 years have been developing cooperation through targeted intergovernmental ties and interaction in international organizations. But today's visit and negotiations reaffirm our commitment to advancing our bilateral relations," Sergei Aleinik said.

According to him, the parties agreed to take concrete steps to develop a political dialogue, not only at the level of foreign ministries, but also above. "We agreed to develop trade and economic ties in the field of industrial cooperation, agriculture, education, culture, tourism. And, most importantly, we agreed to build these relations on the basis of mutual respect, mutual trust and mutual interest," the minister stressed.
