Belarus to take 'drastic steps' to develop IT industry

Belarus is going to take cardinal IT industry development measures this year, Alyaksandr Lukashenka said at the opening ceremony of Belarus-Vietnam business forum on Tuesday.
“Our state will take cardinal IT industry development measures this summer,” BELTA quotes the President.
“Our country is one of the European leaders in the high technology sphere and is a well-known software developer,” Lukashenka stressed in his speech.
