The Belarusian rouble exchange rate has rapidly decreased at the Belarusian Stock Exchange today.
As of 11.17 a.m., the dollar cost Br19 863 (up by Br 349) and the euro increased by Br410 – to 21 607. The Russian rouble went up by Br5.25 – to 259.83.
