The number of officially unemployed Minskers totalled 6600 people at the end of July, BelaPAN reports. It is 4.3 times more than at the end of July 2014. The unemployment rate went up by 3.6% in comparison with the end of June 2015.
The number of officially unemployed totalled 0.6 % of the active population at the end of July 2015. It used to total 0.1% a year ago.
1 million 80.5 thousand people were employed in Minsk in January-July 2015. It is 0.9% less than in January-July 2014.
