As RIA Novosti reports, the China Development Bank will open two separate long-term credit lines for banks in Belarus. It will be done for the period of 15 years including a 5-year grace period "guaranteed by the government of Belarus."
It is noted that by the end of this year China will sign a general credit agreement with the Bank of the Republic of Belarus and Belarusbank. Funds of up to $1 billion are planned to be used for implementation of investment projects on the territory of our country in the field of transport, energy, industry, small and medium-sized businesses.
